Pros
1. The company is willing to train newcomers (under 30), making it suitable for recent graduates or those looking for a stable job.
2. The company certainly doesn't lack money, so there's no need to worry about unpaid wages or the company going bankrupt.
3. If you want to build up experience at a Japanese company, you can come here and pad your résumé.
Cons
The company is made up entirely of Taiwanese people, so it's basically much like an ordinary Taiwanese company. You won't miss out on any of the petty people and melodramatic workplace drama.
