1. You can be dispatched to China for free, especially when China is short-staffed—which happens quite often. Pack your bags and be ready to leave at any time, as long as the boss says the word.
2. Friends who have a China dream can experience what a standard Chinese-funded company feels like.
3. Suitable for people between jobs: you can join, work while looking for a new job, and move on.
The person above was too polite, so let me add a few points.
You do not get overtime pay for working overtime.
>> You are held responsible for 120% of the work, and this is no exception even during the Lunar New Year period.
They are only willing to pay a tiny salary, but expect you to do a huge amount of work.
>> They only guarantee the minimum wage, and the boss can deduct your pay with just one word. Salary payments may be transferred from different accounts, and you might even be paid in cash—it is quite interesting.
It often happens that you are asked to do things that are fundamentally outside the responsibilities of your position, using all kinds of reasons and excuses to insist that you carry them out.
>> Because people are often resigning, especially in the China region, there are endless messes to clean up. If you do not do it, the boss might tell you to get lost the next day!
One person is expected to take on multiple roles. If this company can pay you only the minimum wage, it will definitely do so, but the amount of work you are given may be beyond your imagination. This is a company that is exceptionally good at painting an enticing picture. It goes so far as to avoid calling them “goals” (which might be achievable), instead calling them “dreams” (which cannot be realized)—or you could simply describe it as daydreaming. I urge everyone considering joining not to be blinded by the sweet talk of the manager, boss, or anyone else.
>> What the person above said is true. In addition, because the turnover rate is so high, they cast their net everywhere to catch people; the turnover rate is even higher than at beverage shops.
