It is a company specializing in network access control. The work mainly involves helping customers resolve technical issues and testing the company's products.
At the beginning of the interview, there was a written test focused primarily on network architecture. You can review some information about the TCP/IP layers before going. After the written test, the supervisor came in for the interview and explained that the test was mainly intended to assess the candidate's basic level. During the conversation, they also mentioned that since the company's products mainly manage internal networks and have a wide variety of functions, there would be quite a lot to learn. Overall, the interview process was relaxed. As for the company's benefits, there is a one-hour flexible start time, and the standard benefits, including bonuses at the three major holidays and year-end, are all provided. Among local companies, the compensation and benefits are considered quite generous.
The office is somewhat old, and there is no reception desk, which was a little confusing when I first walked in.
