The front-desk staff were very friendly.
I had to wait at least 50 minutes right from the start. I had looked up interview reviews online, and most of them were negative, so I was mentally prepared. But the interviewer on-site really was just like the reviews here described—their attitude was unbelievably bad. They kept否定ing my work and experience (I’ve been working for a year). When I wanted to introduce my work, they directly said, “No need to introduce it; it’s too superficial,” even though I hadn’t spoken for 15 seconds. I was completely dumbfounded. The interviewer looked like a woman in her 50s (I also don’t know whether they were from HR or a department manager, because they didn’t give me a chance to ask). The entire interview lasted about 15 minutes, and their aggressive attitude left me with an extremely bad impression.
