1. A company that has been around for over 20 years, yet its employee turnover rate is unusually high. Even the longest-serving office employee has only been there for around three years, which is very strange.
2. For sales employees with a base salary, the start time is either 10:00 or 13:00, changed according to the boss's mood. But even that aside, the communication about changes to working hours is unclear, causing employees to be late, after which their pay is docked.
3. Because the boss has limited mobility, the entire company is filled with surveillance cameras—even the smoking area and pantry are not spared. It seems they are deeply afraid that employees might communicate privately. This approach is excessive and may also violate the law (Taiwan High Court Judgment No. 46 of 2005, Labor Appeal Summary Case). Pay attention to anything questionable!
4. During the sales interview, the company said it would arrange sales assignments, but there is a fairly high chance that you will sit there all day with nothing to do, only to eventually be dismissed for being deemed unsuitable or leave because you cannot take it anymore.
5. If an employee needs to take leave, they may face emotional manipulation if the boss is in a bad mood, and may even be directly berated in the group chat.
In short, I strongly do not recommend this company.
