Although it's been a long time since I left Xianchuang, I still feel like it was a huge waste of time.

I originally didn't want to share this here,

but to save others and accumulate some good karma, I thought I'd spend a little time telling everyone about it.

Unreasonable practices:

1. Work starts at 9:00 a.m. and ends at 6:30 p.m. The break is from 12:30 to 1:45. Where did those 15 minutes go?

2. When the company moved offices, the office could "only" be moved during non-working hours. If the move took place during working hours, you would be blacklisted. If the boss saw it, they would even call the supervisor in and ask, "Why is your department moving now?"

3. When activities are held on holidays, supervisors will say, "Just go take a look; you won't be there long." "You won't be there long" means you won't receive a compensatory day off!! But you still have to go!

4. When traveling a long distance for work on a holiday, you still have to wait until close to the end of the workday on Friday before you can leave!! They make you work through the entire end-of-work period!!

5. The supervisors are all long-time employees. If something isn't done properly or something goes wrong, they will only push the blame onto the people below them, and then ask you what you're going to do about it?

In the boss's eyes, the supervisors never have any problems.

6. People the boss likes can adjust the company accounts however they want. People the boss doesn't like will be questioned even when making normal shipments—are you sure there's no problem?!

7. There are no bonuses for the Mid-Autumn Festival or Dragon Boat Festival. They used to say that the company would pay mid-year bonuses whenever it made money, but I never received one during my time there—they always said the company hadn't made money!! But the shareholders receive huge dividends every time? The boss even says at the year-end banquet that shareholders receive lots of dividend rewards, while the extra year-end banquet bonus is only a tiny amount~~ Well, if the company didn't make money, how could there be dividends?

8. All stationery and laptops used by this company must be provided by the employees themselves. When the desktop computer's mouse broke, I even had to buy a replacement myself. So before you've even earned any money after joining, you have to spend a sum of money first!!

9. All the supervisors at this company say on the surface that you can bring up any problems, but in reality, saying anything is completely useless!!

10. They hold meaningless morning meetings every day.
