1. The interior of the development's reception center is magnificent and quite beautiful.
2. The surrounding area is spacious, so parking seems easy.
1. Five days off per month, with rotating days off—three fewer days than required by the Labor Standards Act. The workplace is the development's reception center.
2. The starting salary is NT$28,000, but working 8.5 hours per day means working an additional 12.5 hours per month (it was not explained whether overtime pay is included).
3. Compared with others, the actual salary received is reduced by NT$4,500, plus three fewer days off and an additional 12.5 hours of unpaid work per month, as well as approximately NT$1,000 for labor and health insurance: NT$28,000 − NT$4,500 − NT$1,000 = approximately NT$22,500.
4. Each development lasts approximately 4–6 months, after which there is an average bonus of NT$70,000–100,000. Spread across the months, the bonus may amount to approximately NT$30,000–40,000 per month. However, this involves three fewer days off than a normal schedule, and there may not necessarily be holidays off on red-letter days (they did not say whether there are). You also work an extra 0.5 hours every day, totaling an additional 12.5 hours per month, without overtime pay.
5. During the intensive sales period (the first 1–2 months of each development), there is routinely 1–2 hours of overtime, for which overtime pay is provided.
6. The woman conducting the interview repeatedly said that it is impossible to find this kind of relatively high-paying job in the Chiayi area. Although the working hours are long and there are few days off, the bonuses are supposedly very high. However, after calculating everything carefully, they are not high at all... For me personally, the sacrifices are greater...
7. Both the working hours and days off are below the requirements for labor and health insurance. The salary may sound quite high at first, but after calculating everything carefully, you will find that it is actually nothing special.
