The company is very small, with only one desk in the office area. Boxes were piled up right next to the entrance as soon as you walked through the front door.
Before the interview, I was asked to fill out an application and solve two math problems calculating revenue and profit.
The content was exactly the same as the one from HR (three pages), so I don't understand why I had to write it all over again.
After finishing, I was left waiting for 20 minutes before the interview began.
In reality, however, they had not looked at the interviewee's portfolio or résumé beforehand.
During the interview, they explained the job responsibilities and the company's current situation fairly clearly.
However, there did not seem to be many benefits; they only mentioned that employees could travel abroad for company trips.
Overall, I felt it was fairly acceptable as an interview experience.
The job posting says that the first six months are as a contract employee, with conversion to a permanent position depending on work performance.
This makes it feel like an extended probationary period (three months) in disguise.
