There is water to drink
On the back of the basic information form, there is a section at the end filled with a bunch of strange conditions.
For example: If a newly hired employee leaves during the 7-day training period, they have to compensate the company for the so-called training losses; another clause says that within 3 months, if this company takes a dislike to you, it can fire you directly without giving any notice, and in the end still make you sign it.
It feels like they are making job applicants sign clauses that violate the Labor Standards Act right from the start. The government should investigate!
