Too many redundant employees, serious infighting, lots of drama queens, a lack of respect for talent, multiple cases of nepotism, extremely poor internal efficiency, and a culture where flattery is the way to succeed—a company with a glossy exterior but rotten to the core.
If you want to quietly collect a paycheck until retirement, this is highly recommended. Talented people are welcome to come for an interview :D
