Pros

The restroom is very clean?

Because it’s a standalone building, it looks pretty cool.

Cons

A company that tricks people into joining and then never lets them go.

The interview was very casual, and I had to wait a long time. Only after starting the job and observing things did I realize how extremely disrespectful they are toward job applicants; the turnover rate is unbelievably high.

The company has many different names; you can refer to articles written by people online.

The location is terrible and remote, near a landfill.

Eating is not allowed in the office; there is an altar for deities and incense is burned.

One manager has a sour expression all day, making the office atmosphere tense and lifeless.

Even though there is a cleaning lady, the person on duty still has to take out the trash and vacuum the floors.

Oh, the person on duty also has to answer the phone and use the intercom to open the main gate.

After work, they even have to turn off the Buddhist chants—the person on duty has to do everything.

There are several surveillance screens directly overhead, showing the warehouse and entrance.

They must be extremely afraid that people will steal their goods, haha.

One supervisor often abandons their assistant; when asked questions, they are indifferent.

I guess they think there aren’t enough tasks and don’t need new hires to help, right?

Except for manager-level employees and above, almost everyone else has to count returned items nearly every weekend, counting them thoroughly. The frequency is basically that of warehouse work; once you start counting, you can accidentally spend the entire day at it. It is practically manual labor...

During the interview, they glossed over it, saying it was just helping out..........

Anyway, this is a company you would be better off doing part-time work at somewhere else than joining.
