A small company with no particular advantages.
You can tell jokes.
Put some desks and chairs in a residential building and it's a company.
Working overtime until after 10 p.m. is the norm every day. The boss never leaves, so no one dares to leave either. They say the employees are on a responsibility-based work system.
Heh—applying for overtime pay: you can see it, but you can't get it approved. At most, they let you come in late the next day, but hardly anyone dares to bring it up.
They don't hire cleaners either, so employees have to clean themselves.
The salary is on the low side, and the work is extremely exhausting. As for labor and health insurance, labor pension contributions, and so on, they only insure us at the minimum wage. We work until 9 or 10 p.m. every day, and they don't pay us any overtime.
Even though my monthly salary is clearly a little over NT$30,000, the pay statement is split into two documents and only reports a base salary of a little over NT$20,000 for labor insurance purposes. In other words, the salary is underreported, so consider this carefully if that bothers you.
The boss thinks his own designs are the best. Speechless…
If you don't have much work experience, you can come here and give it a try. Anyway, he'll keep revising things until he likes them; I suppose that's also a kind of work-related pleasure for him.
