Pros

You can be late for work.

Cons

This is a terrible company with no systems or processes whatsoever, and there is no promotion system. Even if you are promoted to department manager, you will still be the only person in your department.

Let me introduce the company members:

1. General Manager—the owner himself

2. Production and Sales Manager—the owner's wife

3. Sales Manager—more than one year of tenure

4. RD Manager—more than one year of tenure

5. Accounting & HR Manager—around one year of tenure (1 person)

6. Mechanical RD—around one year of tenure (1 person)

7. Electronics RD—six months of tenure (1 person)

8. Manufacturing Manager—two months of tenure (1 person)

9. Sales Assistant—one month of tenure (1 person)

10. Procurement—one month of tenure (1 person)

11. Production and Sales—one month of tenure (1 person)

12. Interns (2 people)

There are only 11 full-time employees in the entire company, including the owner and the owner's wife, plus two interns. Judging from the company's staffing and employees' tenure, you can probably figure out what kind of company this is. Anyone thinking of joining this company should think it over carefully!

Let me talk about the company environment. To put it nicely, it is a company; in reality, it is just a studio. The company is located in an apartment building, so you can imagine that it is not large. Judging from the current number of employees, it is already somewhat crowded, not to mention the so-called production unit. Therefore, anyone considering applying should think about whether they can accept this.

Now let's talk about the company's manufacturing department. To put it nicely, it is a manufacturing unit; in reality, it is a one-person production line. The entire manufacturing department consists of only one person. If you apply for the company's manufacturing position, you will be both the manufacturing manager and the operator, because you will be the only person in the manufacturing unit. Some may ask, what happens when there is an urgent shipment? When shipments are urgent, various departments will support the production line (provided they have time). Therefore, the manufacturing manager has to worry about both production capacity and efficiency. Good luck—you are on your own!

The most ridiculous thing is the quality department, namely QA & QC. The head of RD also holds this quality role, but only nominally; they do not handle anything at all. All quality inspections are still performed by the manufacturing unit itself, with the one manufacturing employee handling everything from production through shipment.

As for product packaging, the company has only one product with so-called standard packaging. All the other products are repackaged using recycled cardboard boxes.

In the three months before I resigned, the company received orders for fewer than 20 units. A company like this is bound to go out of business sooner or later.

In a mature and stable company, more than half of the employees should not have only around one year of tenure. I previously saw a review saying that the owner is difficult to communicate with, so it is no wonder that long-term employees have all resigned. I strongly agree. I should also mention that regardless of which department you work in, you may be asked to act as a driver and deliver goods. That is understandable for a small company; what I am saying is that this company has absolutely no systems or processes.
