I actually didn’t apply to this company through 104; they contacted me and asked me to come in for an interview. Everything went smoothly—so smoothly that after one manager finished interviewing me, they asked the Vice President of Information to come in for a second interview. It seemed they thought I was suitable and could start working there, and the interviewer also said that my desired salary was acceptable. However, I live very far from Nangang, which was one of the factors I had to consider when deciding whether to report for work. I was also interested in another position at another company, and they wanted me to start there as well!

The biggest advantage of a large company is that everything complies with the Labor Standards Act. Unlike at some of my previous companies, where working overtime was considered normal, it was basically impossible to apply for overtime pay.

In short, the overall interview process was good—and fairly quick! They may have thought I was suitable, so they quickly asked when I could start working!
