Work experience from N years ago. The supervisor is extremely suspicious. They eavesdrop on people talking and often watch others from upstairs by the doors and windows. They love bragging that they used to earn several thousand dollars an hour when working in after-sales service. They are not very willing to teach others. Pay is calculated by the day. Be sure to clarify whether the salary includes overtime to avoid falling into a trap.
