This company has no advantages, only disadvantages.
Overall, this company is extremely poor and offers no prospects.
It is harsh toward employees, and bonuses are also very small.
Performance bonuses are included in the salary.
Perfect-attendance bonuses are deducted, and long-service bonuses are reduced.
Companies in the same industry all provide quarterly bonuses.
It is unclear what the exams are testing, and no bonuses are provided.
They also said there would be a 5% annual raise, but that never happened.
Company gatherings have essentially not taken place due to the pandemic. There is only the year-end banquet, and even then the company is harsh toward employees, requiring everyone not to enjoy their meal and saying that they must respond while at work. Why? Everyone should be allowed to enjoy their meal. Customer service is treated so harshly; customer service is always the unlucky one. Everyone else gets raises, while customer service seems to have done something to offend them.
Even worse, everyone who comes for an interview is told that the salary offered here is very low: a base salary of only 25,000, and just 30,000 even with performance pay. It is impossible to survive in Taipei.
