Applied for a sales administration assistant position
1. Asked about my past work experience and reasons for changing jobs
2. Introduced what the company does and what assistance would be needed in the future
3. I found one point quite unusual: when I asked when I would be notified of the interview result, the interviewer replied that I should go home and think it over. If I wanted to pursue the position, I should leave a message on the recruitment website, and they would forward my information to the head office, which would decide whether to conduct a second interview. The second interview would explain the job responsibilities and compensation system in greater detail. I found this quite unusual, and it also gave me time to consider whether I really wanted to pursue the position.
1. The résumé was extremely detailed, covering not only family members but even rental housing, home purchases, and debts.
