No real advantages.
It feels like the boss has no idea what direction the company is heading in.
There are absolutely no procedures—things are done on a whim, leaving people at a loss.
Things that could clearly be communicated earlier are always dragged out until the last minute, forcing employees to rush to finish them that same day.
This often leads to overtime.
They have absolutely no concern for the well-being of employees.
Don't expect to be able to give suggestions to upper management,
because no one actually wants to make any changes.
Overtime pay only counts after 8 p.m.
And it's still paid at the minimum hourly wage.
Salary is paid in two installments,
but each payment is always delayed.
You may even get yelled at for asking about your salary.
There are no payslips either.
No holiday bonuses, no year-end party, and no year-end bonus.
