The female server in the D-Box theater is unbelievably arrogant—a girl who often wears loafers.
The interview with Manager You felt quite good, and Mr. Wang at onboarding was also nice.
But once I actually started working, the senior staff and “older sister” system was extremely strict—practically military-style management. If you made even a small mistake, they would show contempt, disdain, and look down on you.
They treated you like a dog: if they told you to come over, you had to come over. The two male supervisors surnamed Hsieh, who wore white shirts, were even more difficult to commend; they looked down on you all day long.
They called for you as if you were a dog. Do not work there as a part-timer under any circumstances. The difference in how men and women are treated is enormous. They scolded you relentlessly, saying things like: “I stood with you for half an hour. You asked the part-time worker about the mistakes you made—why didn’t you ask me, the supervisor? In the end, am I your supervisor or is she?”
I advise male applicants who go there to be prepared as if they were going into the military. Their treatment of part-time workers is practically military-style.
