I really can’t think of any. The only possible advantages might be that the salary is paid on time and overtime is compensated.
Ah, I thought of one: after leaving, you’ll feel that life is truly wonderful and learn to appreciate all the bosses and colleagues you’ve encountered before.
In that sense, this is genuinely the greatest advantage—five-star praise.
The boss has no understanding of marketing and will never want to listen to professional opinions.
Communicating with him is a bit like arguing with an elder; the moment we disagree, he pulls out the ultimate emotional-blackmail move, hehe.
Having employees run personal errands and firing people arbitrarily are already standard practice and hardly worth mentioning.
