The boss was unfriendly and ugly.

Relentlessly asking about the reason for leaving and putting the interviewee on the spot; the interview felt like an interrogation and a deliberately difficult meeting.

Seemed to have a troubling interest in pressuring people through interrogation.

Said they were passionate and meddlesome, but in practice provided no way to solve any problems.

Just all talk.

Did not carefully finish reviewing the interviewee's portfolio, yet criticized the interviewee's work to their face as mediocre, showing a lack of basic courtesy.

Also did not show any of the company's past work.

Did not explain why they had invited me for the interview, completely wasting my time.
