Another small company skirting the red line of the Labor Standards Act
Six days off per month, salary of 25,000
Eight days off per month, salary of 23,000
Regardless of how many years you have worked, annual leave is always limited to 3 days
Taking six days off as an example: because they accommodate the wedding photography industry, Wednesdays are fixed as the weekly day off,
while of the remaining two days, only one can be scheduled on a weekend. They emphasize that they are in the service industry.
They do not dare to write this on the job bank listings; they only tell you when you arrive in person, saying it should be mentioned upfront.
Only if you can accommodate this do they continue explaining—it's simply a waste of job seekers' time.
It is recommended to skip it altogether, unless you do not mind the above.
