Among employees under 35 and recent graduates in the company, relationships are generally good because there are no conflicts over salary or positions.
More than 70–80% are long-serving employees with 10–20 years of tenure, while employees with less seniority do not stay long. This is because some male managers in their forties, seeking to protect their own future positions, deliberately make things difficult for younger employees. This has created a serious generational gap between age groups within the company, and the company is extremely biased in favor of men over women, as can be seen from the classification of positions.
