Good benefits and a generous year-end bonus
A certain manager is extremely picky, and the work pressure under them is very high. They have also repeatedly fired people on the grounds of poor interpersonal relationships. The employees under them all have very short tenures, possibly because they are constantly firing people and replacing them.
The company’s colleagues are all easy to get along with, but it feels like some longtime employees have already secured the managerial positions, while those below them are disposable. If they don’t like the look of you, they can dismiss you at will, with no job security. You can only pray that you won’t be transferred under that particular manager one day, otherwise life will become unbearable and you could be suddenly dismissed.
