You get paid.

A PT team leader who becomes a full-time employee gets paid the same as someone hired directly as a full-time employee.

Then what the hell is the point of all the experience that person gained as a PT?

They have experience and ability, yet in the end they get paid the same as someone hired directly?

You keep saying you need someone who can transition from team leader to full-time employee,

but what you really need is just someone with experience to shoulder the responsibilities.

Then if they’re paid the same, why the hell should they shoulder them??

Why should they have to work harder than everyone else? They’re people too!

In the end, they do more work than others,

but get paid the same?

If you took $4 to the boss to buy a $20 apple, do you think the boss would sell it to you??

Something they worked hard to earn,

and yet you’re trying to buy all of their hard work for just $4.

Then what the hell did they work so hard for all that time?

To do charity work??
