Very friendly to customers; if there are negative reviews, they are willing to reflect on them. Overall, I would be willing to be a customer, but not an employee.
Before joining, the owners all brainwash you with grand promises: “We’ll entrust the entire shop to you,” “We’ll open branch locations,” and “We’ll communicate when there are issues.” After joining, communication is entirely one-way. When you raise something, they first reject it without any reason, then start recounting their past achievements. Instructions are repetitive, they are excessively nitpicky out of concern about negative reviews, and everything must be done to look exactly like the result they produced. Even if the result is the same but the method is different, you will still be accused of “doing it your own way.” This job offers absolutely no autonomy; it is merely looking for an extra helper, and even part-time students could do it. Anyone who likes doing things their own way or dislikes being micromanaged should carefully consider this before joining.
