Base salary: 30,000; perfect attendance bonus: 2,000
They ask you to work overtime on weekdays, holidays, and national holidays (they claim that public holidays are days off, but that's a lie).
They say they comply with the Labor Standards Act, but they don't pay half salary when you take sick leave.
When I asked about it, they said that if everyone at the company asked for this money, they couldn't afford it. They also said that they give bonuses every year; otherwise, they would deduct it from employees' bonuses, and the deduction might be more than this amount.
They also said they were afraid I would tell the other employees and affect the people there, and I was forced to sign a voluntary resignation form.
