Short-term position—enter at your own risk!!
Basically, the Labor Standards Act no longer imposes a three-month probationary-period limit; once you report for work, you are officially an employee.
Here, it is not merely a three-month probationary period—it is even more serious: contracts are signed one month at a time,
so that management can get rid of you at any time. There is no grounds for appeal, because you signed it!
The standard tone of an exploitative old-school boss: [This is your area of expertise... everything is on the machine!] The problem is!
When I asked for the account and password, they would not provide them! I could not access the host—am I a god? How would I know what is inside?
There is no honeymoon period! They directly demand that you get up to speed as quickly as possible... because this is your area of expertise!
If an unfamiliar outsider joined a company and, without receiving any resources, could completely
understand the company's situation, would that make logical sense?? This company is dangerous! There is basically no confidentiality and absolutely no information security!! Management lacks expertise and leads the experts; that might be understandable because they do not know better! But... isn't that also far too disrespectful and distrustful of people?? I provided correct professional advice, only to receive a big question mark in response.
If the relationship between labor and management is like this, how can it last in the long term? So this is a short-term position!
The Labor Standards Act stipulates that either party must give ten days' advance notice to terminate an employment contract, but here, that is only a dream!!
Because it is not three months at all—it is three days!! You are given only three days to completely understand and keep up with the company's
entire situation. Unfortunately, I am not what people call a naturally gifted genius, which is why I say this is a short-term position!
Everything that happens in traditional family businesses happens here! One-person rule and top-down management; they deal with people very decisively.
As long as you listen and work, that is all they want. There is no time for you to say anything, and even if you do, they do not understand. That's how it is!
