Honestly, there really aren't many advantages to mention.
“Excellent reforms”: various employees are “forced to resign” (without severance pay)
No year-end bonus, no share of the profits, overtime hours are not recognized, and all kinds of ways are used to circumvent regulations
The rules are double standards for senior and junior employees: upper management chants slogans all day, while frontline employees are not allowed to work overtime, even though there is so much work that it cannot all be finished
All kinds of tasks outside your responsibilities will be assigned to you, your salary will be lowered for no reason, and all kinds of manipulations take place.
