Fixed small perks, a monthly salary higher than that of typical Taiwanese companies, but at most 13 months’ pay. The gifts given for the three major holidays and the anniversary celebration are fairly good brand-name prizes.
A fake American company. Management operates in its own bubble, and people who have worked at large companies may find it difficult to adapt at first. The company has a one-person-dictatorship culture: management says to integrate and cooperate, while employees compete with one another below; everyone takes credit from each other just to curry favor with the emperor... Basically, everything is decided by the emperor. Taiwan is a colony of the U.S. headquarters. The level of organizational chaos is truly something I had never seen before joining... Each functional unit even develops different functions underneath it.
