1. No year-end bonus if you have worked there for less than a year
2. They tell you that you can earn money from consulting projects, but the company actually does not take on consulting projects at all
3. Family-owned business
4. Managers like to make personal attacks and discuss employees’ private matters, while the boss witnesses it and does not intervene
5. Employees are often dismissed during the probationary period
6. The performance bonuses sound great, but they will find ways to keep you from staying until you can receive them
