Pros
The employees are easy to get along with, labor and health insurance and the 6% contribution basically follow the Labor Standards Act, and it is easy to take leave.
Cons
The office environment in the old-style apartment building is not ideal, with a shared unisex restroom. The salary is not high. I applied for an administrative clerical position, but helping with warehouse management and shipments accounts for more than 60% of the work.
