Workplace reviews and discussion: 福雨自來有限公司

This shop is now Huaniaochuan Mille-Feuille Cake.

The coworkers are very nice and can be described as willing to do whatever is needed without complaint.

I heard they are supporters of the Democratic Progressive Party.

It is a family business where the whole family works together.

I was maliciously dismissed after working for only a few weeks, so that’s all I know.

The work is physically demanding and also requires you to use your brain, so the psychological pressure is quite high.

The pay is average. With eight days off, they will secretly take away your national holidays.

You cannot freely request scheduled leave or annual leave; they will make things difficult for you.

Coworkers come and go. I heard that the departure process is generally not very pleasant.

Before I left, I had already seen more than two people resign in tears and anger.

As for whether the immediate dismissals followed the dismissal procedures required by the Labor Standards Act, I don’t know. Basically, most small businesses are like this.
