The interview with the colleagues in the first round was fairly relaxed. They placed a strong emphasis on whether you are detail-oriented, and they also reviewed the résumé very carefully.

The second-round interview with the department head made me feel very uncomfortable. Leaving aside the fact that they asked questions unrelated to my work experience, they ultimately rejected every answer I gave, followed their own set of sophistic reasoning, spoke in a disorganized and contradictory manner, and completely refused to listen to other people's ideas. In addition, the job does not provide overtime pay and operates under a responsibility-based system. The work environment is small, cramped, and piled high with cardboard boxes. The salary is not particularly high either.
