The atmosphere at the company is pretty good.
A strange company that judges whether you take your work seriously and whether your attitude is good based on whether you work overtime.
If you are unwilling to work overtime (the company does not pay overtime), the company will think that you have a poor work attitude.
They constantly increase the workload without limit and then expect you to finish it within the deadline. If you cannot finish it, it is considered your problem.
After reporting that the workload was too heavy, the response was: “Then work overtime to finish it~ Everyone else does the same.”
The most speechless part is that from time to time, you have to go to Bali District for meetings or to help out, and so on. They seem to have no regard whatsoever for the position of business assistant.
Think twice before taking a job there~ unless you love working overtime without complaint!!
