During the interview and when you first join the company, your supervisor is very friendly and treats you well, creating the impression that the company is wonderful. This is especially true when you are an intern—they treat you well because they are afraid you will not stay. After that, everything depends on their mood. It does not matter whether you work diligently or perform well: people the supervisor likes are favored, while those the supervisor dislikes are driven out for a pile of inexplicable and absurd reasons.
The company has no system or structure overall. Supervisors suddenly do whatever they want, leaving people at a loss. Some employees' labor and health insurance coverage is also handled very strangely; it seems to be illegal or exploiting loopholes. In any case, the company's interests are the highest priority, regardless of what happens to employees. The chairperson is highly emotional and berates people hysterically for no reason. Some colleagues were doing their jobs well but were inexplicably yelled at until they left. This has happened many times. Going to work feels like walking through a minefield—you never know when you might become the next unexploded bomb.
