Pros
The salary is higher than the standard minimum wage, and the benefits are good.
Cons
The company is small, and the entire process of taking orders, production, and delivery is chaotic. There is also a manager who only talks and never takes action. New employees should observe carefully after joining; if it doesn’t work out, quickly look for another job!!
