The receptionist was friendly and did not ask the job applicant many questions. The interview mainly involved introducing the job duties and asking whether the working hours would be acceptable.
It felt as though the company had just moved into a new office building. The building looked very new, clean, and attractive from the outside, but the company had only rented a very small space inside. There was only one production line, and most of the workers appeared to be older women, with only a few people in total. In addition, the job description on the employment website differed from the actual position. The website stated that the role involved assisting the supervisor with production scheduling, planning, and management, etc., but the actual job discussed during the interview was simply that of a general packaging operator, helping with packaging on the production line and operating machinery. Overtime until 8 p.m. was required.
