Pros
Lunch is provided, and you can eat the snacks and drinks after worshipping.
Cons
The Labor Standards Act is not followed.
There are no pay slips; the boss pays wages according to his mood.
The boss is far too controlling.
The boss smokes indoors, chews betel nuts, and spits out the betel nut residue wherever he wants.
Even if you have not made a mistake, the boss will scold people when he is in a bad mood.
