Support from good colleagues

There are terrifying colleagues who act like informants, reporting on everyone and shifting blame onto one another.

The internal competition is extremely serious. There is a sense of helplessness, powerlessness, immense pressure, and conflict between departments.

Everything internally happens in private chats; hardly anyone speaks in the office anymore.

There is almost no interaction or communication among internal staff.

The HR department, general manager, and chairman are extremely incompetent. This is a company that does not treat people as talent.

The company takes people’s hard work and achievements for granted, but when someone makes a mistake, the consequences are severe.

The company’s internal organizational personnel are reshuffled every six months. You never know the company’s slightly longer-term direction or plans because things change too quickly, and the bosses do not communicate.

The general manager/chairman has three companies to look after and is especially fond of his electric vehicle company, so this company receives very little attention.

You are expected to achieve 100 points in your work. Otherwise, you know what the consequences will be.

A zero-tolerance company.

A company that only sees people’s shortcomings and not their strengths.

Many people feel that the company could shut down at any time, creating a strong sense of insecurity.

Many of the ratings seen online were manipulated by the company’s own internal staff.

I sincerely do not recommend this company. There are many good opportunities elsewhere, so please do not waste your youth, time, and energy here.

It is a pity that there is no extremely poor rating; otherwise, I would have chosen it.
