If she’s a woman and looks pleasing to the people above her, then everything is peaceful.
1. You’re supposed to manage the warehouse, yet there isn’t even an ERP system; they still use paper records like people in ancient times.
2. When you bring up becoming a permanent employee, they come up with a pile of excuses and make you prove your performance as if you were signing a military pledge; if you don’t bring it up, they’ll keep exploiting you to death.
3. Even people who lack ability can casually take long leave and dump their work on colleagues—as long as they’re pretty.
4. They only know how to spout empty platitudes and make plans; when their ability falls short, they just complain about you.
In short, they’re very good at running a family business and playing power politics. If you don’t have the skills, don’t come here to test yourself.
