The work environment is lifeless and depressing

The pay is not high

First, they hand you what they call a logic test. Without explaining it clearly, they tell you to answer it.

They don't tell you whether your answers are right or wrong. They just say they're sorry you didn't pass and ask you to leave the company.

I strongly advise that if you don't have experience or aren't particularly capable, you shouldn't waste your time going to the interview.

The benefits aren't as good as what is written on the recruitment website.
