After interviewing with HR and the manager, I received a verbal offer, but HR asked me to provide a printed copy of my salary statement from my previous company, claiming it was needed for salary approval. In the end, they ghosted me—it was merely a ploy by HR to obtain another company's salary structure; there was never actually a position available.
