Pros
The environment is good, and you have control over your own overtime hours.
Cons
The workplace is cramped, and you have to arrange your own meals. Although they say you have control over your own overtime hours, it feels like you have to work overtime day and night. Apart from having weekends off, public holidays are not days off.
