晉熒冶陶陶藝有限公司
Pros
Lunch is provided, and boxed meals are provided when working overtime.
Cons
The working hours are too long, with overtime almost every day. Working hours exceed 10 hours, and sometimes overtime is required on Saturdays as well. The pay is only the basic salary, and the work is mostly physical labor. The boss sometimes yells at people, and some senior employees make sarcastic remarks to newcomers. The work atmosphere is poor. If you are passionate about pottery and can accept low pay and working overtime every day, come on over~
