The colleagues are easy to get along with.
1: The company provides no training whatsoever. 2: It is a very traditional company. The owner and the owner's wife are quite young, but their ideas are extremely old-fashioned. They also do not know how to run the retail business. Therefore, as someone responsible for sales, you can only decide what to do yourself, work your head off, and sell cookies—period! 3: There are absolutely no benefits, let alone any other bonus system; there is nothing at all. 4: The company is chaotic, and it is unclear why the departments were established or who is supposed to do what. In any case, besides their own work, everyone also has to take care of the store and sell cookies. This is the most poorly organized company I have ever worked for. From the second hour after I started working at the company, I had to begin learning how to sell cookies and use the computer. There was no training on the types of cookies or their contents either, so when dealing with customers, I could only make things up and explain randomly—as long as I could make the sale, that was all that mattered. Staying there was truly extremely painful. It was such a waste of time~
