The interviewer clearly wasn't prepared. The company’s email said to bring a résumé, but when I went there, they also required me to fill out the company’s standard résumé form. Fine, I filled it out!
After I finished, they asked why I hadn't listed any relevant experience. Your standard form only had space for three items, so of course I listed my most recent experience!
The salary is indeed NT$26,000–40,000.
However, the base salary is NT$26,000. To receive NT$40,000, the monthly target of NT$7 million must be reached before any allocation is made. How is it allocated? That wasn't explained clearly either!
There are only six days off per month.
