The colleagues on duty were all very easy to get along with, and originally we could watch movies for free.

I worked there for 1 year and 11 months, and was genuinely very unhappy during my time there.

1. During promotional periods, employees were required to push membership cards. Although the top three achievers received bonuses, the rules kept changing midway through. Those who did not actively promote the cards or could not sell them were called in for meetings. Later on, all the customers already had cards and did not want to renew them, but the company still required employees to aggressively promote them. When I first started, I worked hard and seriously promoted the cards, ranking among the top three three times, but the bonuses kept getting smaller.

2. The company did not have a "substantive" year-end performance review. They only verbally said that I had not passed and did not give me a year-end bonus.

3. The company had some difficult-to-discuss food safety and conscience-related(?) issues.

By the time I left, most of the benefits had also been withdrawn. The company often tried every possible way to make money from its employees, and there were also a lot of unwritten rules. These are all based on my personal experience, and I sincerely recommend not interviewing or working at this company.
