Pros
The owner of Entel Protective Film Company, Tsai Chih-Hui, has no class. An employee gave two weeks’ notice of resignation and completed the handover, but the company still blocked their work. If you don’t work for him, you get blacklisted.
Cons
Employees have the right to choose the work they like.
