The boss lady is very generous with money.
Overtime pay and salary are always paid as they should be.
There are gifts or gift money for the three major festivals.
But it is essentially psychological compensation.
Because the boss lady is relentless with her words—she keeps poking at your pain points and also makes personal attacks.
For the sake of the company’s reputation, they take on even the most outrageous clients, then make life miserable for both field and office staff.
The boss is the type who kicks you when you’re down; after the boss lady finishes speaking, he adds his own insults.
There are also two dogs at the company. To them, the lives of the two dogs are more important than the employees’.
If a field worker gets into a car accident, they say, “It’s probably not that serious, right?” (Even when the person is already in the hospital.)
Then, when the two dogs bite each other, the whole place is thrown into chaos… WTF?
When the office staff are too busy to answer the phone, they say that everyone in the office is slacking off and no one is working.
They also go back on what they themselves said, then blame the employees and do everything they can to relentlessly mock them.
Working in the field may be okay, and the pay is quite generous, but if you disagree with working overtime, just wait to be mocked mercilessly.
For office work, unless you have a strong constitution and know how to protect yourself, you won’t be able to keep your position!
You’ll even be mocked for taking time off!
